    Do you offer same-day porta potty delivery?

    Yes. We can provide same-day service in San Antonio and surrounding areas, subject to availability. Call us during business hours for the fastest response.

    What are your business hours?

    Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Pickup requests received after 2:00 pm are processed the next business day.

    What areas do you serve?

    We serve San Antonio and surrounding communities, including Alamo Heights, Boerne, Bulverde, Cibolo, Converse, Floresville, Helotes, Leon Valley, Live Oak, Schertz, Seguin, Selma, Stone Oak, Universal City, Fort Sam and Lackland, among others.     How much does it cost to rent a porta potty?

    Pricing depends on the type of unit, the number of units, your location and how long you need them. Rentals are billed per 7-day period or per 28-day (4-week) period, plus applicable taxes. Request a free quote and we'll send you a personalized price.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    Payment is made in advance by major credit card, cash, money order or pre-approved business check, unless otherwise agreed.

    What types of units do you rent?
    Do you have ADA-compliant (wheelchair accessible) porta potties?

    Yes. Our ADA-compliant units provide wheelchair accessibility for job sites, public events and government projects.

    Is cleaning and servicing included?

    Yes. Each service visit includes pumping of liquid waste, interior and exterior cleaning, fresh water replenishment, deodorant and restocking of toilet paper. Service frequency is set according to your quote. If you need an extra cleaning between scheduled visits, an additional fee applies.

    Do you rent porta potties for both events and construction sites?

    Yes. We serve construction sites, home renovations, weddings, festivals and concerts, small events, sports events, government, industrial, agriculture and disaster recovery projects — for a weekend or a long-term rental.

    Placement & Site Requirements

    Where can the porta potty be placed?

    Units need to sit on accessible ground where our service truck can get within 15 feet. Please show us the exact spot at delivery. Units cannot be placed on sidewalks, in backyards, through gates, or up or down stairs.

    Can I move the unit myself?

    Please don't — you would be responsible for any damage. Contact us and we'll relocate it for you. A move scheduled on your regular service day has no extra charge; otherwise a new rental fee applies.

    What can go in a porta potty?

    Only human waste and toilet paper. Trash, cans, cigarettes, sand, clothing or any toxic material can block the pumping equipment and will result in an additional fee.

    Pickup & Return

    How do I schedule a pickup?

    Call or message us when you no longer need the unit. Our standard pickup time is within 48 hours of processing your request. The unit remains your responsibility until we pick it up.

    Do I get a refund if I return the unit early?

    Rental periods are not prorated, so unused days are not refunded. Choosing between our 7-day and 28-day options when you book helps you get the best value.
